About

Built by people who meet a lot of people.

Shmor turns a screenshot, business card, voice note or LinkedIn link sent on Telegram, or an email forwarded to in@emails.useshmor.com, into a contact, company, note and follow-up task in ShmorCRM, its built-in micro-CRM, or in Attio or HubSpot. WhatsApp is coming soon. It is built and run by Metamindz Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Why

It started as our own bot.

Shmor began as an internal Telegram bot at Metamindz. We meet a lot of people through our work, and we wanted each of them in our CRM, Attio, without typing them in: send the bot a screenshot or a voice note, and it added the person with a note and a follow-up task.

Shmor is that bot made into a product for anyone: ShmorCRM built in for people without a CRM yet, HubSpot as well as Attio, email as well as Telegram (with WhatsApp coming soon), and replies that ask about anything missing instead of guessing.

How we build it

A few rules we keep.

  • Your contacts belong to you. Keep them in ShmorCRM until you delete them, or in Attio or HubSpot, where Shmor keeps no copy.
  • Ask rather than guess. A record with a question attached is better than a confident mistake.
  • Stay out of the way. No new app to open, no dashboard you have to check.
  • Prices you can predict: a fixed number of captures a month, no per-seat surprises.
