Questions
Does Shmor sync my inbox with Attio?
No. Shmor never connects to your mailbox. It only sees emails you forward to it, and turns each one into a person, company, note and task.
How do I connect Attio?
An Attio workspace admin creates an access token under Workspace settings, Developers, and it is pasted into Integrations in your Shmor account. The step-by-step guide lists the permissions to give it.
Can I answer Shmor’s questions by email?
Yes. Reply to Shmor’s email with how you met, or with when to follow up and what about, and it updates the same person.
