The usual way
Copying details across never happens on time.
Logging a new contact in HubSpot by hand means opening the app, searching for the company, creating it if it is new, creating the contact, associating the two, typing a note and setting a task. On a phone, between meetings, that rarely happens.
So the card goes in a pocket, the screenshot sits in your camera roll, and the follow-up depends on memory. Shmor replaces all of those steps with one message to its Telegram bot today, and to its WhatsApp number once that is available.

The company is looked up by domain and name, the contact by email, LinkedIn URL and name. Existing records are updated rather than duplicated. - 04

Contact and company associated, Met via and Met at filled in, a note on the timeline and a task due Friday. - 05
The chat shows the result
A reply with what was saved, plus buttons for anything still missing.
Afterwards
Use it in HubSpot.
- Build an active list of contacts where Met at is a given event, and see what came of it.
- Filter contacts by the Needs info property to clear loose ends at the end of the week.
