Connect Attio

Quick steps

  1. In Attio, a workspace admin opens Workspace settings, then Developers, and clicks + New access token, named "Shmor".
  2. Give it: Records read-write, Object configuration read-write, Notes read-write, Tasks read-write, User management read.
  3. In Shmor, open Integrations, then Connect with an access key on the Attio card, paste the token into Attio access key and click Connect Attio.

Errors

  • Attio did not accept that key: copy the whole token again, and check it has not been deleted.
  • That key is missing permissions: edit the token in Attio, add the listed scopes and try again.

What Shmor adds

Three attributes on People: Met via (select), Met at (text) and Needs info (multi-select). Then people, companies, notes, tasks and, on Pro, deals.

Switching and disconnecting

Connecting Attio makes it the active CRM; new captures go there. Your ShmorCRM records stay in ShmorCRM, read-only. Disconnect on the Attio card stops Shmor writing until you connect a CRM again; nothing in Attio is deleted. Delete the token in Attio to revoke access completely.
