Export or delete your data

Export ShmorCRM

In ShmorCRM, click Export all (CSV). You get a ZIP of CSV files: people, companies, deals, tasks, notes and the captured message text. The People tab can also export the people list on its own. Export works on any plan, including when ShmorCRM is read-only.

Delete records

• One at a time: open a person, company or deal and delete it. Deleting a person deletes their notes and tasks; deals stay, without the link.
• Everything: the account owner can use Delete all records in Settings, under ShmorCRM. Type DELETE to confirm. It deletes every person, company, deal, note, task and saved message.
• Automatically: under Retention, choose to delete records with no update for 6, 12 or 24 months, or keep them until deleted. The clean-up runs daily.

Attio or HubSpot

With Attio or HubSpot connected, your contacts live in that CRM, and you manage and delete them there. Shmor keeps only record IDs, message IDs, counts and timestamps. Disconnect on the Integrations page stops Shmor writing to your CRM; it does not delete anything in the CRM.

Channels

On the Channels page, unlink a Telegram account, or remove an email address, to stop Shmor reading messages from it.

Deleting your account

There is no self-service button yet. Email the contact address on the contact page from your account email and ask for your account to be deleted. The privacy notice explains what is kept and for how long, and your rights under UK GDPR.
