Link Telegram to Shmor

Link it
- In Shmor, open Channels and click Link Telegram.
- Click Open Telegram. The Shmor bot opens with your code attached.
- Press Start.
The bot replies: "Linked to your Shmor account." From then on, messages from that Telegram account are yours.
If Telegram does not open on this device, use Copy link and open it on your phone, or Copy code and send the bot /start followed by the code.
Link codes
- Each code works once and expires after 15 minutes.
- Making a new code cancels your earlier unused ones.
- If the code has expired, the bot says so and points you back to the Channels page.
What you can send
Photos and image files (up to 10 MB), voice notes, audio files and video notes (up to 20 MB, and up to 10 minutes of audio), LinkedIn links and text. Send one person per message. See Bot commands and replies for the buttons and commands.
Unlinking
On the Channels page, under Linked accounts, click unlink next to the account. Messages from it no longer reach your CRM.
WhatsApp is coming soon and cannot be linked yet. Use Telegram or forward emails for now.
Common questions
The bot says my link code is not valid. What now?
The code has expired (after 15 minutes) or has been used. On the Channels page, click Make a new link and press Start again.
Can I link more than one Telegram account?
Yes. Click Link another Telegram account on the Channels page and repeat the steps from the other account.
Does the bot work in Telegram groups?
No. Shmor only reads your private chat with the bot. Forward individual messages to it instead.
