Help
Bot commands, buttons and replies

Commands
| Send | What happens |
|---|---|
help or /help | What you can send, and how Shmor works |
pending or /pending | Up to 10 contacts that still need an answer, each with its buttons |
Plain words without the slash work too.
The reply card
After each capture, the bot reacts to your message, may show "Transcribing" or "Working on it", then replies with a card:
- New contact saved or Existing contact updated, with the person and company;
- Met: where you met, if known;
- Follow-up: the due date, if set;
- Possible deal: on Pro and the trial, when the capture sounds like an opportunity.
Buttons
- How did you meet? Networking event, Conference, Intro, Inbound, Online or Other.
- Follow up? Your default number of days, 1 week, 2 weeks or No follow-up. After a timeframe, Shmor asks what the follow-up is about: reply with a few words, or "-" for a plain follow-up.
- Create deal or Not a deal, when a deal is offered.
Buttons and commands never use a capture.
Correcting or adding by reply
Reply to a card (quote it in Telegram, or reply to the email) to add or correct anything about that person: "her email is sam@example.com", "met at SaaStock", "follow up on the 14th". To change a name, give both first and last name. If the reply adds nothing new, Shmor says so.
The first 3 replies about a contact in a billing period are free; after that, each uses a capture.
When Shmor cannot find a person
If a message has no name, email or LinkedIn link, Shmor replies that it could not find a person, and no capture is used. Send a screenshot, a LinkedIn link or at least a name.
